Sample Returns - Royal Mail

We include the pre-paid Tracked 24 returns royal mail labels as it provides our customers with access to the vast network of Royal Mail priority post boxes. This is particularly handy for patients with symptoms as an easy way to return samples. Delivery times are 24-48 hours. Please check collection times at your nearest Royal Mail priority postbox by visiting www.royalmail.com/services-near-you

Once your sample has been tested, your result will be emailed to you, using the email address provided when you registered your kit. Please check your junk mail if you don’t receive your results.

 

How it works

  • Order Your Test

    Order in advance before you travel - Next-day delivery (order before 4pm weekdays and 1pm weekends) Please allow up to 48hrs as we cannot be held responsible for 3rd party postage carriers.

  • Take Your Test

    Take your test when your pre-flight test window opens. What is the travel window specified by your destination country? Is it 24 hrs, 48 hrs, 72 hrs or 96 hrs.

  • Get Your Result

    Follow the instruction included in your kit to return your sample. A doctor-signed fit-to-fly certificate is issued (For Rapid Antigen, results are released within 60mins for PCR results are released the next day).
